2 must haves for spring + 2 easter/spring fashion looks from chadwick’s of boston

About two months ago, I received a Chadwick’s of Boston catalog in the mail. As I do, I tucked it away in my “when I have a free minute” pile. Once that minute came, I thumbed through it and dog-eared multiple pages. I just knew this season’s catalog wouldn’t disappoint.

I narrowed down the selection upon browsing further to a handful of items that would be good for spring and the impending warmer temperatures. I mean, after you survive a Michigan weather, you NEED to celebrate with some new, fun clothes! AmIRight???? In addition, I like to grab a couple outfits that are great for special occasions each season. This time, Easter was on my mind as well as warmer temperatures.

So, let’s talk about the two options I put together with the help of Chadwick’s of Boston!

Dressy

You can’t every go wrong with a dress. When I saw this dress in the catalog, I knew I had to see it in person. I have a SERIOUS thing for floral. Give it all to me! When looking at a new online store, I always use the search box to search floral. Weird, I know…but I love it! So, I had to check this dress out. It is so comfortable! It’s cool, temperature-wise, and easy to accessorize. I’m heading to Nashville soon and had my boots out and across the room I saw the dress. I thought this combo was pretty fun, so I did it up! Flats could easily replace the cowboy boots for a tamed down, not as dressy look. Or, add some wedge sandals to make this all.about.spring.fashion. Yes. This dress is a winner!

Spiffy Casual

I don’t ALWAYS wear dresses to special occasions. Depends if I will have kids in tow, whether it’s indoors or outdoors, the food, the company, etc. AND…as you already know, I LURV blazers right now. I shared this exact blazer in a Workwear Wednesday post a few weeks back. and, don’t forget about my blazer-love from the Winter too. He He! Back on track though, this ensemble is basically made up from items you can purchase through Chadwick’s of Boston. I love one stop shopping! The cute eyelet tank top and blazer are perfection together, in my opinion! Comfortable, smooth and easy to entertain in this combo! Let’s just hope I don’t spill on my white pants. Ha!
