One of my least favorite things to do is blow dry my hair. I feel like I might die of boredom or a stiff arm. I recently saw a post and video from The Smalls Things Blog and Kate had an honest review that the Dyson $400 dryer wasn’t actually as amazing as one would think. Good to know, not that I was ever going to be able to afford the beautiful machine. I’ll admit I saw a few Instagram stories about it and I had some envy until I read her post. While we are on the topic of hair, Kate is my favorite hair and beauty blogger. She’s totally worth following.
I have a new favorite hair dryer and it’s under $15! Am I speaking your language? Not only is it very affordable, but it doesn’t make my arm feel like it’s going to fall off. I must have really wimpy arms, but I despise a heavy hair dryer. I also appreciate that it’s compact! It folds up and tucks away so neatly under my sink. They call it a travel hair dryer, but it’s going to be my every day hair dryer too. Oh wait, I use excessive amounts of dry shampoo…every 3-4 day hair dryer. 🙂
I found my Revlon 1875W Compact Travel Hair Dryer on Amazon (As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.) It dries my hair quickly. The cord length is adequate. I’m tall so if I have to plug a hairdryer in a lower socket I might have to scrunch down. If you are shorter you are probably getting a giggle that I’m even mentioning this. I’ve already mentioned the weight is fantastic. It’s a good buy ladies (or gentlemen)!
One last thing to share while we are on the topic of hair. I get my hair highlighted and cut at JCPenney’s. I’ve been going to my stylist for 15 years. If you can find someone you like, they have great deals that keep me coming back to highlight my hair. They are having a special until the end of September that I wanted to share.
