    I work out using my body as resistance. I don’t belong to a gym, so everything is done at home.

    No. At the moment my workout consists of chasing after a 2 1/2 and 1 1/2 yr old, while trying to breastfeed an 8 wk old that wants to be held/fed 24/7.

    Yes I do! I have been tyring to go 2.5 miles 5 times a week on my Gazelle. This past week has been a little off since I’ve been so busy but I sure feel better when I do exercise.

    I do work out daily, and have recently overhauled my eating habits too. I haven’t had caffeine or soda of any kind in almost a week now, and I really don’t even miss it!

    That would be called working out no…but I easily walk anywhere from 3-5 miles while working so I do get some exercise!

    Errr…no, I guess not really. Well, sometimes. And I do take long, fast walks with my dog. But I don’t think what I do would qualify as ‘working out’. LOL
