It is time again for some new releases from our friends over at Rockabye Baby! Can I just say that I am loving their current trend of new releases that are lullaby renditions of music I listened to as a teenager? I’m not sure if this makes me old though…
The newest release available for purchase now is Lullaby Renditions of Foo Fighters. When this gem showed up in the mail I automatically thought of one of my cousins who is a HUGE Foo Fighters fan. Huge fan, as in took his oldest two kids to a Foo Fighters concert earlier this summer with his wife. HUGE.
Lullaby Renditions of Foo Fighters :: Do your baby’s cries make your nights everlong? Are even the best of you begging for silence? When your little monkey throws a wrench in your plans at bedtime, break out these angelic versions of the Foo Fighters biggest hits. Its times like these we learn to sleep again.
The other new release that is available now on preorder from Rockabye Baby! is Lullaby Renditions of Red Hot Chili Peppers. The official release date is July 31, 2012, but you can order yours now if you just can’t wait to introduce your little one to the songs you’ve always loved from the guys of Red Hot Chili Peppers. Of course, if you’re feeling generous you could just give it away… 😉
Lullaby Renditions of Red Hot Chili Peppers :: Tell me, what’s your baby’s story? Do your child’s cries have you knocked down? If so, try these sugary-sweet versions of Red Hot Chili Peppers’ spiciest anthems. Look deep beneath the covers and you’ll find another perfect wonder, a little angel fast asleep
Two more wonderful albums from Rockabye Baby! that leave me wondering… who’s next? I eagerly await the answer.
Lullaby Renditions of Foo Fighters :: $16.98
Lullaby Renditions of Red Hot Chili Peppers :: $16.98

July 7, 2012 at 12:30 pmHmmm…kinda weird, right? But strange enough that I’m interested! I’m a huge Chili Peppers fan, and I am really curious about how their music translates to lullaby. Have to check this out!

July 8, 2012 at 10:21 pmHeather – it’s strange at first when you hear the songs, but I find myself singing the lyrics along to the lullaby music sometimes. You can listen to snippets of the songs on their site if you want to see what it’s like.
