vtech :: MobiGo 2

Summer time here in Michigan is a time we cherish.  Lots of memories made, time together traveling and and LOTS of outside time.  We love to visit the beach, go to friends’ home and swim at their pools, go for ice cream…and oh so much more!  This year’s summer was a bit different.  For us, we moved to a new home.  Well, not even a week ago.  But up until the actual move (and after), we have been incredibly busy cleaning, packing, unpacking, getting boxes, getting packing supplies…and on and on.  Doing this all while still having kids that must run all the errands with us.  At times I felt bad for the busy *season* of life we are in.

It was such a joy to receive a package one day and in it was the new MobiGo 2 from VTech.  It could NOT have come at a better time for my kids.  It came about a week before we moved.  So that incredibly busy time when you are taking things off the walls, packing up boxes, moving the boxes from one side of the house to another to make room.  You know, that time?  Oh it was a blessing for the kids.  When they were bored out of their minds they were able to tuck away in the corner and play together on this.  They encouraged one another playing the games while playing together as well as playing by themselves alone with it too.  And what was super nice for us was knowing that they were actually learning as well because there are learning games on the MobiGo 2.

While Lili is a little more familiar with hand held games like the MobiGo, Adalynn is more of a beginner.  It was great seeing Lili and Adalynn interact with the MobiGo and Lili showing Adalynn what to do.  And even at times, Adalynn showing Lili.  There are many fun features to the MobiGo 2, some of which are:

• art studio
• coloring book

VTech is coming out with an InnoTab 2 as well, but that’s for another post for another day 🙂
