I have enjoyed watching my oldest imagine in her play kitchen since she was 2. When I started shopping for play food to go with her kitchen however, I was super bummed that the majority of it was either processed food; or made with toxic paint and small, cheap components.
I have been able to find a few produce sets that she has really enjoyed playing with, and now that my youngest is coming into more of an imagination age, she is starting to name all of the fruits and veggies and pretend to cook as well.

We have been roasting pumpkins and squashes all fall, and now she can do them right in her kitchen! She loves that the corn comes right out of the cob too.
The Felted Pear goes the extra mile and uses eco-friendly material both inside and out that the inside is naturally antibacterial. They are very well made – very thick, sturdy, and so creatively detailed! I’m just in love with the omelet set and the new turkey set she has!
