Before you continue reading, click here to read my first review of Cards Against Humanity. Seriously. Go read it. I’ll wait.
*elevator music*
Ok, now that you’ve read that, you know what this game is all about… so you know that this is a game full of debauchery and tasteless hilarity, and that it’s not for kids. That being said, it has become our favorite party game š My hubby and I had a couple of his high school buddies and their wives over about a month ago to celebrate a birthday for one of the dudes, and after dinner, we all settled in at our house with some beer and wine and our Cards Against Humanity sets. We. Were. Rolling! The absolute funniest card of the night was the black card that reads, “_____. High five bro!” While I simply can’t tell you the REAL white cards that we all threw in the pot (because it’s just SO inappropriate for a family blog), I can give you some examples…
“Deflowering the princess. High five bro!”
“One thousand Slim Jims. High five bro!”
“Panty raids. High five bro!”
Those are funny, but the actual cards that were chosen were just BAD! Check out some of the snapshots I took while we were playing:
I wish I could have had someone take a picture of me, with the tears rolling down my cheeks, but we were all laughing too hard. And I’m telling you, the expansion sets are MORE raunchy and wrong than the original set (I never thought that could be possible), and they are SO hilarious! Here’s a pair from expansion #1 that totally cracked me up:
Black Card: What has been making life difficult at the nudist colony?
White Card : Ryan Gosling riding in on a white horse.
I’m sorry, but that is just awesome! And that’s the TAMEST card pair that I could come up with from the expansion sets! If you want to see some of the REALLY raunchy stuff, head over to their website and check out the free downloadable cardsĀ from the original set. The fellas who came up with this game and all of the unbelievable cards… they are evil geniuses. Pure evil. But genius.
