You may remember DidiPop from when I shared her two previous albums, Everyday Adventures (review here) and DidiPop Goes to Hawaii (review here). My eldest still busts out singing DidiPop’s “Mango” song whenever we see a mango.
DidiPop (aka Deborah Poppink) has just released another album, Bunny in the Moon. While her two previous releases inspired kids to get up and get moving, Bunny in the Moon is a big departure from that as this new album is geared to help get those same kids to settle down for bed.
The album starts off with a couple silly songs as expected from DidiPop. But instead of SUPER high energy those first few tracks like “Bathtime” and “Brush Brush” walk a nice middle of the road on the way to begin the process of winding kids down from their day.
As the album progresses, the songs turn into lullabies and by the time you reach my personal favorite “Cricket Alphabet” your kiddos will probably be fast asleep. The above video is for the title track “Bunny In The Moon” and is a great lullaby.
If your little ones fall asleep to music, or just need a soundtrack to that time of night as they prepare for bed I highly recommend checking out Bunny in the Moon. I’m planning on sticking our copy in the car as a way to calm the kiddos down on our adventures when they get too wound up and I just need a minute to decompress (Thanks DidiPop!).
