Isn’t it ironic that a WASHING MACHINE needs to be cleaned? I seriously get hung up on that every time I spiff up my washer. Thanks to pinterest, I found what works the best to clean my washer. So, if you have a day that you are all caught up on laundry (that happens NEVER, right?) then you can give this cleaning tip a try for yourself.
I have 2 additional tips. You can soak your fabric softener dispenser in the drum of your washer during steps 3 & 8. Just don’t forget to take it out of the drum when you run the washer cycle. Also, I threw in my moldy shower curtain to get a bleach and vinegar treatment and it’s sparkling white again. Kill two birds with one stone.
Let me leave you with this nugget of truth to make you feel better if you have laundry hampers that are throwing up clothes like I often do…
You can never be caught up on your laundry unless your entire family is walking around without any clothes on. So take a little pressure off of yourselves to put a check mark next to LAUNDRY on your to do list.
