Well 3 kiddos into this mama-hood thing, I think I have come to the conclusion there isn’t anything more fun to a kid than getting messy!
And my girls do a *great* job of making a mess of themselves…daily 😉
I was super excited to see that Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day launched a new foaming hand soap *just for kids* this year! It is just perfect. One pump and they get a nice big kid sized handful of foaming soap and they are content! No waste!
The pump is very easy to manage – my 2 ½ year old can do it herself. And, most important to me, they have used the same safe, eco-friendly formula as their liquid handsoap. No harmful parabens or hormone damaging triclosan. Between potty breaks, painting, meals, and playing in the mud we are constantly washing hands all day. I really care about what is going on those babies hands! And absorbing into their skin!
We were also sent some Eco-Kids Finger Paints to get our hands good and messy and test out the cleaning power of the new foaming hand soap 😉 We had plenty of fun with the big piece of paper we were sent – and I also cut up an old paper grocery bag for them to have a big mural to paint! This is the coolest finger paint! I have always wondered what might be absorbing into their little hands with other paints. With this you can feel safe knowing they are not only gluten free based, but *every* ingredient is all natural! The powders are a mixture of natural colors such as powdered spinach, carrots, earth clay, red grapeseed, annatto seed, or red cabbage along with cornstarch. Mixed with water, the powders make vibrant colors for your little artist to create with!
The Mrs. Meyer’s foaming hand soaps are being offered in 4 of their great scents! We received the apple scent and the *new* spring line watermelon scent. The girls kept smelling their hands after washing with the watermelon! They loved it! They are both very fresh, and kid friendly scents. I have a feeling I will be getting the other 2 scents to keep on hand!
These foaming hand soaps will now be the new staple at the bathroom sink, and I couldn’t be more excited about that!
