“Mom, Mom… MOM! It’s, IT’S… LALALOOPSY!!!” Oh the insanity. For over a year now my girls have become absolutely fascinated with Lalaloopsy. The funny thing is that they’ve only seen one Lalaloopsy cartoon, but they think these adorable characters are just too cool for words.
If there is a fellow Lalaloopsy fan in your house be on the lookout for the adorable new Lalaloopsy Girls that are releasing this month. For those of you who aren’t already familiar with Lalaloopsy here’s a mini explanation for the new Lalaloopsy Girls: “the Lalaloopsy dolls were once rag dolls who magically came to life when their very last stitch was sewn, taking on the personalities of the materials that were used to make them. Now, they’re a little older, a little more colorful, and a little more quirky – they are Lalaloopsy Girls!”
Here’s a quick introduction to each of the girls ::
Jewel Sparkles :: was sewn from a royally sparkly princess’ dress and loves to be in charge of fashion emergencies. She comes with a pet cat, pajamas, hair clips, comb, and a matching bow for the kids to wear. Her hair turns purple when cold (freezer or ice water).
Mittens Fluff ‘N’ Stuff :: was sewn from a super warm and fuzzy scarf and loves snow days and hot cocoa. She comes with a matching set of pajamas, hair clips, comb, pet polar bear, and a matching bow for the kids to wear. Pieces of her blue braids turn purple when cold (freezer or ice water).
Pix E. Flutters :: was sewn from a super glittery fairy’s dress and she LOVES glitter. She comes with a set of removable wings, a pet firefly, pajamas, comb, hair clips, and a matching bow for the kids to wear. Pieces of her hair turn pink when cold (freezer or ice water).
Bea Spells-A-Lot :: was sewn from a schoolgirl’s uniform and is very scholarly. She comes with a matching pajama set, pencil hair clips, a pet owl, comb, and a matching bow for the kids to wear. The pink in her braids turns purple when cold (freezer or ice water).
Crumbs Sugar Cookie :: was sewn from a baker’s apron and likes to get creative with her baking combinations. Comes with a comb and pet mouse. Her hair does NOT change color.
While my Lalaloopsy Girls test crew fell in love with each of the dolls they were most fascinated by the color changing hair. One doll had at least 10 trips to the freezer in an hour as she got her hair color changed and them changed back by the heat of some very little fingers! Saying they were a hit would be an understatement.
Be on the lookout for these and more Lalaloopsy Girls to arrive in August and make sure to clear out a space in the freezer for changing hair color!
