Who doesn’t love baking?! I know I do, and now that we have our own house we can do it more often. I love spending this time with my kids and baking up some goodies.

I got to spend a Saturday night with just me and my girl, guess what she wanted to do? Make COOKIES!  That’s what we did.  We had a great dinner with grilled chicken and a strawberry poppy seed salad.  We had to have a healthy dinner because I knew we would be eating cookies. Although, the cookies were gluten free.

I knew this would be the perfect opportunity to test out the silicone mats from Baking Wizards.  Now, I have never used one of these before. I had always seen them and wanted to try them.  I am so glad I have the chance to share this with you because they are pretty amazing.  No more using spray, butter or oil to grease the pan.  I have my baking wizards mats to help me out.

I’m pretty ecstatic that these mats fit right on my awesome new cookie sheets too.  It’s a perfect match, don’t ya think?

So let’s talk about these silicone mats, they are flexible and easy to store.  One huge plus, they are easy to clean as well.  You can be ECO-FRIENDLY with no more parchment paper or aluminum foil to dispose of. These MULTI-PURPOSE Silicone mats can be used for baking, roasting, warming as well as for preparing dough. They are oven, microwave and freezer friendly.

I cooked our cookies on one of the mats.  They cooked evenly and perfectly!

My favorite part is when taking them off the mat. They slide right off. I mean seriously no sticking what so ever.

I just lifted up the side of the mat and it came right up and actually slid down. I was shocked. There is now way any pan or spray would do this. I love it. These will get a lot of use at my house.
