let their personalities rock out with kidzsafe headphones :: giveaway

disclaimer no giveaway
Everyone in our family loves music. Living room dance parties and impromptu rock concerts in the cars are a regular occurrence {despite that four out of the five of us can’t carry a tune}!

But, as the kids get older and their musical tastes change, we sometimes find it hard to agree on what music to listen to. Let’s face it, mama can only rock-out to the FROZEN soundtrack so many times. So occasionally we let the kids take headphones and their mp3 players or tablets along in the car.

I also know that my oldest daughter likes to turn her music up really, really loud in an effort to drown out her little sister who is talking next to her. I grew up with a very talkative younger sister…I totally get it. But I don’t want her hearing to suffer so it’s important to me to find good headphones that will help keep her hearing safe!

KidzSafe Headphones from SMS Audio do just that!

The KidzSafe myDesign Headphones feature a volume-limiting technology that limits the volume to 85dB or less, keeping the volume at a very safe level for kids.

Now that we have safety checked off the list, lets make sure the kids are going to want to wear them!

The KidzSafe myDesign Headphones have a fully adjustable headband that should fit most kids ages 3 and up. The really fun think about these headphones is that they come as a “blank slate” headphone for kids to personalize! Available in four different base colors (pink, blue, purple and grey), the MyDesign DIY Headphones each come with two different color sets of ear pads (4 total), two different colored cords, a customizable bag to carry everything and a set of fun stickers for designing! Phew!

Kids will love mixing and matching and creating a pair of headphones completely their own! While parents will love that they are not only safe for their hearing but you’ll have extra ear pads and a cord for when the others get lost! Bonus!

These are so great for those end-of-Summer road trips and for Back To School supplies!

KidzSafe actually goes beyond those fun DIY Headphones. They also offer a very fun DIY Speaker Case!

Same amazing volume-limiting technology that keeps young ears safe at 85dB or less, just like the DIY Headphones, but this time kids get to rock out together and share their music with the whole family, car, waiting room, whatever!

Use the included stickers and Carabiner Clips to let them personalize their DIY Speaker Case and then unzip and slip your MP3 player into the mesh pocket inside (be sure to plug-in the little cord into your speaker jack on your MP3 player and you’ll also need to insert 3 AAA batteries in the case).

And I love the space on the back where they can add their autograph (or just their name ;-))

This is a great way for kids to listen to, share and enjoy music because the case is very durable and the interior mesh pocket holds that MP3 player (or smart phone) nice and snug inside.

Someone thinks he’s pretty hot stuff 😉

I need these for my two kids. Once they really get going they turn up the volume on their headphones so loud I can tell what they are listening to word for word. I love that this only allows volume at a safe decibel level.
