I bought some grey boots long ago. I loved them. I wore them so much that the heels were worn completely on one side. Did that make me throw them out, because, it was obvious they had served their purpose fully? No, I kept wearing them. Do you do that though when you find something you love? Wear the business right out of them. I did, and honestly, would probably continue wearing them.
Until I saw them. I saw these magical boots that, in my mind, had rainbows and unicorns flying all around. I knew that these boots would replace the ones I had loved for so many years. Then, to find them! Let’s discuss how I’m wearing them this season, and you can see how they will fit your lifestyle too!
Here’s the dealio. The Jordie (in grey), from Naturalizer, has basically crossed off any requisite I have for a pair of boots. And the fact that these boots can be dressed up and dressed down are a huge selling point.
Like many tall boots, these have a zipper on the sidebar. In addition, these have a great size calf. I have fairly normal sized calves, but they do offer these boots in wide calfas well. YAY!! Isn’t it he worst when you find some boots you are in love with, but the calve openings are too small? Boo!
In addition to the boot looking great, having the extra details of buckles and stitching, they are made extra comfortably! They have an N5 comfort technology…making them that much better than many similar looking ones on the market. Extra comfort in the sole, extra overall cushioning, heel-to-toe balance and a breathable lining (to name few).
There isn’t much of a heel on these boots too, they are 1 1/4 in. Also, the outsole is a non-slip. Totally necessary, whether you are running from meeting to meeting or running from the car to the house with a load of groceries or a baby in tow!
Ok, now that I’ve shared why you should invest in the Naturalizer Jordie boots (Original price of $199.00), let’s talk about how I’m wearing them!
Two looks are a more casual look and one is a date night and/or business meeting look.
I paired them with skinnies from Target and varied the top options.
Because…blanket scarves. Yes, still the rage and many are having fun with this look! So many great options if you search on Pinterest. You will surely be inspired. This was basic.
Jordie boots from Naturalizer // boyfriend cardigan from Chadwick’s // polka dot top from Kohl’s // blanket scarf can be found all over // earrings from Nickel & Suede
Next, I popped the boots on with a purple plaid top, that I wear all too often lol! I added the same cardigan, but I feel this is more “mom mode”. I wore this to and from the girls/ dance practice one night!

The last two looks were put together with a “dressier” event in mind. The first, adding jewelry and fur dresses everything up, don’t you think? Take off the necklace and fur vest, and imagine how much different it would be.

This last one was something I wore out with my hubby one night. As the temperatures continue to drop, just add some leggings or printed tights to make this work for colder nights.
Jordie boots from Naturalizer // dress and vest from Gina’s Boutique // necklace from Maurice’s // bracelets from Alex & Ani
So, what do you think? Can you see yourself in any of these looks wearing these boots? Who’s adding them to your wish list this season!! You can also so the other Naturalizer items I have in my closet, from past seasons, HERE!
