the perfect outfit for brisk, summer morning errand runs {#AventuraLife}

I don’t know about you, but the morning hours I find myself very motivated. If I were to have a bajillion things to do, and I start in the morning, most would get done. It’s pretty fantastic. I do taper off about three in the afternoon though, and that’s BAD because that’s when my littles come home from school. Maybe someday I’ll figure out this grown up thing, but for now, I’ll just be doing what I know works for me. Ha!

I shared with you all that I’m a new Aventura Ambassador in May, and now I wanted to share with you one of my quick, go-to outfits I’ve been sporting on these early morning run-around days. It’s a comfortable outfit that I feel put together in. I can just quickly throw this on without a lot of thought…and it’s still CUTE. Skipping the workout pants and t-shirt, for now. 🙂

The top. I am loving the top because it’s not tight and very breathable. It’s got a deep “v” in the back too for added breeze flow in the warmer months. In addition, the sleeves are very forgiving on the length. I’m not a big fan of tank tops as I’m very self conscious about my arms. It’s silly, I know. So, I tend to opt for tops with this length sleeves.

And the pants, CAN WE JUST TAKE A MOMENT TO TAKE THESE IN??? I love these too! Not only is the color FABULOUS (comes in more colors too), but they are super soft and comfortable. In addition, they are not a high waist, but definitely not a low waist. Let’s say mid-high waist. You don’t have to worry about “stuff” hanging out when wearing these. I want to honestly have a pair of these for every day of the week. Ha! When ordering these pants, be sure to use the measurements they provide. I am about an 8, so that’s what I ordered, but after a day in these, I noticed there is stretch to make them that much more comfortable! I would probably order a 6 next time. Just wanted to share that so you know when ordering. Also, the top is a medium on me 🙂

Adding some comfortable shoes is always necessary on these busy days. You know me, and you know my love for the Shoreline shoes from Converse. I actually just picked up another pair of these in mint. Totally couldn’t wear these with today’s outfit, but stay tuned!

The last addition to the outfit is the awesome layering hoodie, the Darby Hoodie (again, available in other colors). I’ve been wearing this daily, to be honest. The mornings are COLD here, but the afternoons are getting warmer and warmer.
