barbara’s has partnered with defenders of wildife and needs our help

Have you tried Barbara’s yet? If not, you really need to try them out. But for now, I wanted to share a little more info on a campaign they are partnering with.  Barbara’s has partnered with Defenders of Wildlife—a national, nonprofit organization dedicated to the protection of all native animals and plants in their natural communities – creating limited-edition collectible bracelets featuring key endangered species. Four unique bracelet designs depict a wolf, sea turtle, elephant and polar bear – all vulnerable animal groups representing North America’s impressive wildlife heritage. For every four bracelets sold, Barbara’s will adopt one endangered animal through Defenders of Wildlife’s symbolic animal adoption program, with the goal of adopting 1,000 endangered animals at the end of the campaign. How amazing is that? Here is how you can help them reach their goal.

The brightly colored collectible bracelets are available while supplies last for $5.00 each, or $20.00 for a Family Four Pack, online at shop.barbaras.com. Proceeds will be donated to Defenders of Wildlife through their symbolic animal adoption program. All adoption donations benefit the wildlife and habitat conservation efforts of Defenders of Wildlife. Through this partnership with Defenders of Wildlife, Barbara’s is encouraging animal lovers and families nationwide to help safeguard wildlife with the purchase of a collectible bracelet. Dedicated to protecting wildlife and the planet, Barbara’s supports numerous nonprofit organizations including the National Wildlife Federation and the National Audubon Society’s Project Puffin.

How awesome is this?  The minute we got out little package in the mail of these bracelets, my kids put them on right away.  They were so excited. They just love little things like this. But I loved it even more because you can spread the word about the partnership and tell people what is stands for.

So, hurry up and get on over to Barbara’s to get some of your own and to help this cause!
