Let me just say, I simply love Cascade Ice and I pretty much have been drinking 1-2 a day. Sort of addicted to it. My favorite is the Raspberry Lemonade but what I really love is that they has a wide variety of flavors. Not just a couple, I am talking many flavors, so there is bound to be one you love. Another great thing about cascade ice is that there is no after taste because it is naturally flavored. It’s refreshing and zero calories, so no feeling guilty.
Cascade Ice is a zero-Calorie, sugar free flavored sparkling water that eliminates all the unnecessary “EXTRAS” that I am trying to keep out of my diet like sugar, carbs, caffeine and gluten. It’s easy to do with Cascade Ice. One thing I know I will be trying this summer is making a fun punch with Cascade Ice. I am pretty confident I am going to love it. I will definitely come back and share the recipe if it’s a success.
Do you think you could replace your soda with Cascade Ice this summer?

June 17, 2016 at 12:41 pmThis is a great way to sneak healthy beverages into our kids diets. To them it would just be Kool Aid, even if the taste isn’t the same.
