now that you have an american girl doll, what’s next?

Now that your little one has her very own American Girl doll, did you know that there is so much more to this amazing world? Over the years we have shared so much, and my girls and I just LOVE this task that we have. So today, I wanted to share the top picks from my four little ladies over here. My “baby” ::
Our youngest, who is almost 3 years old, has inherited one of her older sisters bitty babies. I’m telling you, this baby goes with us everywhere. So, her wish list from American Girl includes baby outfits, an awesome baby bathtub, and a baby rocking cradle. I mean, how perfect, right? I’m home with my little one now, so her and I have all this creative time to play. It’s been a blast, and with her Bitty Baby, I’m hoping to create many more memories!! 😉

My 5-year old ::
My five-year-old received a WellieWishers doll this year, and I never realized how amazing this line is. First of all, the price point is spot on. These adorable, smaller dolls are $30 cheaper than the regular 18 inch American girl dolls. That alone is pretty great! Once you have one of these, did you know you could get matching outfits for your child and doll? Each character has this option.

Outside of that, there are books and additional clothes. I’m entirely smitten with this line! We picked up this backpack and gave it to her for Christmas, check out the adorable smile, it says it all!

My 7-year old ::
Ummm…anything. Honestly, anything. Ha! She loves the clothes, she love the accessories, she loves the books, she loves the play items from around the house. She’s wanting it all! She can not WAIT to see what the Girl of the Year is this year too. Clues are being released on the American Girl Facebook page, and she saw that one is that the new girl is a dancer. Since Adalynn too is a dancer, she is completely pumped!

My 10-year old ::
Yes, my 10-year-old is still loving all things American Girl. On her wish list this year was the adorable dogs that are part of the collection. We picked up the Dalmatian puppy as well as the Daisy pet bed for her as a Christmas gift. She now has a handful of these adorable dogs, and her and her sisters can play for hours with them!
