{a SIMPLE Christmas} playing around with goliath :: review + giveaway {@GoliathGamesUS}

goliath games logoMost games are a huge hit in our home.  We love to spend quality time with our girls, sitting around a game board of any kind, laughing and having a ball.  I received two games from Goliath Games and we have been pleased with both!  Wordsearch Junior is a fun game for ages 4 and up, while Don’t Panic is ideal for ages 8 and up.  I played both with my 7 year old daughter one afternoon while her sisters were sleeping, and the fun ensued with both!

Goliath Games Wordsearch Junior and Don't Panic
We started off the afternoon playing Wordsearch Junior.  I love the capabilities and “game play” of this one because it can accommodate many levels of learning, and meet your child where they are at.  For example, we played the hardest level where we had to search for words, much like a cross word puzzle.  Yet, if we were playing with my 4 year old Adalynn, we would play the version where you can simply look for letters, sounds, etc.

You can see in the picture below there are 9 circle discs.  These discs make it so that you can change up the game to suit the level of the child.  Just put in the applicable disc and you are off to the races!  I have to mention, before you can call out your answer, there is a little squeaker that the kids just love.  They squeeze this, then answer.Goliath Games Wordsearch JuniorNext, we played Don’t Panic.  I can’t tell you how many laughs Lili and I had while playing this game!  Not just her, but both of us!  The object of the game is to get all the answers to one specific question, in a very short period of time.  You are on a buzzer.  But DON’T PANIC because if you do, you will get all messed up and forget your answers.  It was honestly so fun!  Some of the questions were hard for her (who am I fooling, me too!), but we made that fun…and I just had her guessing.  The answers she came up with were priceless!Goliath Games Don't PanicI highly recommend both of these for the applicable age bracket.  Your kids will love them.  You will love them.  Pop on over to Goliath Games, and come back here telling me what other ones you are interested in?  I’d love to dig in to more and let you know my thoughts!
