I had a friend ask me to participate in a Holiday Craft Fair at her son’s school and I have been trying to come up with some ideas. This is a simple DIY Christmas Tag that can be used so many different ways. The Christmas Tag would be cute to hang wherever the buyer chooses. I was thinking of some of those that are dear to me that are in rehabilitation facilities and thought this would be a great size to hang on their walls. It’s so unfortunate that they will be in rehab during the holidays. A gentleman that I have known for years, Mr. Paul has been in and out of a health care facility for over a year now because his poor body has just had it. I am grateful that I know people like this that love the Lord, and are always in good spirits despite their physical handicaps.
- 1/4 inch plywood
- Black, White, and gold acrylic paint
- Twine
- Drill
- Drill bit
- Sander
- Band Saw
- Scissors
Step 1:: First you will need to cut your 1/4 inch plywood. I used scraps and mine were approximately 11X7 inches.
This DIY Christmas Tag can be made small enough to go on presents for large enough to go on your front door. You can embellish it anyway you want, the larger you make it the more you can embellish. I would also like to make a larger one for my front door.
Would you hang this Christmas Tag in your home?
