I’m not being paid to write this post about Amazon. I’m just gushing because I love Amazon and I’m super intrigued to see what awesome deals arise on Wednesday. Happy 20th birthday Amazon! You can jump over to the “shop with us” box on the right (scroll down til you see Amazon) and we appreciate you shopping through our link.

My shopping always begins at Amazon. Shopping from my pj’s at any hour of the day from my phone or laptop with the high chance of getting the best deal, is absolutely how I roll. On the rare occasion that I don’t find what I’m looking for, you will see me at Target or Costco. I just don’t have time or energy to shop at a ton of stores. I’m frugal to a fault, practical to a fault, and I HEART Amazon something fierce because it fuels my money saving desires. I am the nerd that reads and writes reviews on products. I buy and return items on a weekly basis because it’s a super easy process with FREE prime shipping. I’m on a first name basis with my UPS guy. He probably thinks I have a shopping problem. Please tell me you are an Amazon prime member because tomorrow is going to be the best day ever!

sprintI know you all like to win things, hopefully you have won some amazing products on this blog. You have to act quick, but there are a few contests going on. I totally entered the #PrimeLiving photo contest. My “happiest day” photo was when I got my iPhone 6 for $1 a month with my Sprint plan. Speaking of Sprint, if you are a new customer or thinking of switching, HERE is a post that gets us both $50 American Express cards. I’ve got 3 referral spots left.

prime day

This excites me even more:

I got this information from the Prime Day Facebook Event page:

Play a song on Prime Day and you could win $25,000 in Amazon.com Gift Cards! If you don’t win the Grand Prize, don’t worry – there are 13 other prizes: 1 x $20,000, 1 x $15,000, 1 x $10,000, 5 x $5,000, and even 5 x $1,000! So much to win, and all you need to do is rock out with some tunes. The only question is: what song will you play?

If you haven’t signed up for prime yet, do it today so you can get in on the great deals tomorrow! This event is exclusively for amazon prime members.{awe, I feel so special!}

As promised, here are a few of my favorite things (yes, you can starting singing the tune from the Sound of Music):

Jelly Pop Shoes…the most comfortable shoes I own and I have 5 different pairs!

Can’t live without my Hoover Steamvac. Pays for itself in 2 uses if you pay to have your carpets cleaned.

I hate to talk about school starting again, but this luncbox is the bomb. My son is going on his 4th school year with his and my daughter is starting her 2nd year with hers. They wash well, keep food insulated, and they hold up! They have 14 cute designs too!

I have this strange obsession with all our cups matching in the cupboard. My 7, 5, and 2 year old all use these cups for their chocolate milk each morning. I hate spilled milk and they sit on the couch to enjoy their breakfast so we have 6 of these cups in the cabinet. All matching and lined up. No parts in the lid make it super easy to wash and put away too.

That should get your shopping list started for Wednesday.

Happy Birthday Amazon!

      You are a very smart dad! My husband actually got me hooked. Can’t beat skipping the stores and still getting a deal.

    I love Amazon and have used the one month free trial to Amazon Prime. I liked it but don’t enough on Amazon to get my money’s worth.

    I wonder what is going to be on sale. Did you know that Walmart is going to have a big sale. I am thinking that I could do some Christmas shopping at both sites. My son bought me Amazon Prime for Mother’s Day. I won $150 Visa and am going to use it. I hope you have fun shopping tomorrow!

      I just heard about Walmart too. It’s all so exciting. Have fun shopping and that was a really awesome Mother’s Day gift!! I don’t even know what I’m looking for, but I’m sure I will stumble on a deal. BTW, last I checked, the steamvac was at $99. Maybe it will go even lower tomorrow!?!? That would be a steal of a deal if you need one.
