I don’t know if it’s good genes, good habits, or a combination of both, but we are a cavity free home. I’m not proud of this, but we drink sugary beverages and eat our fair share of candy. If ever there should be kids that have “sugar bugs” eating away at their teeth, I’m afraid we would be prime candidates. While I’m slightly exaggerating our sugar consuming habits, I do feel thankful each time we go to the dentist and the kids don’t have cavities.
We are consistent with our dental care. The secret to our routine is having a fun factor. It seems so silly that mouthwash could be so exciting, but my 5 and 7 year old were genuinely geeked to use their angry birds mouthwash. As a mom, I appreciated the no-mess measuring cup and compartment for storing it. No more cluttered sinks. Plus, a fluoride-containing mouth rinse, like these new Firefly Angry Birds Anti-Cavity Mouth Rinses (www.fireflytoothbrush.
It’s time to switch your oral care boredom for some fun with a little help from Stella and Red Bird. Let me leave you with some facts about this mouth rinse:
