Now that Thanksgiving flew right by, while we were standing still, let’s talk about Christmas and the other holidays left in 2014. Whether it’s Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, the candlelight ceremonies at your church, Christmas parties or even New Year’s, you have to dress the part when you are a kid, right? For my girls, dressing the part is something very fun for them. They are girly-girls to the core most days. But especially when it comes to events, they love to take it to the next level. Needless to say, shopping with them is always unpredictable and complete fun!
I received a gorgeous dress from American Girl, the Teal Tidings set, and it was perfect for my Preslee. Also, it came with a dress to match her Bitty Baby. Oh the oohs and the ahhhs when I opened that package! Here, take a look yourself:
To say I am smitten with this dress would be an understatement. It’s not only gorgeous, but it is quality. The duration that this dress will last is going to be long. I see many events with this one being pulled out of the closet! When she took the dress off, she had quite a statement for me. She asked me to wash it right away, not to put it in the dirty clothes hamper. Even at three, she knows that clothes disappear for weeks on end once they go in there! She wanted to wear it again right away when it was clean. So funny!
There are many options for dresses for your little lady this year with American Girl. If you haven’t started shopping for her momentous dress for the upcoming parties, I would love to persuade you to check out American Girl. I am only sharing a handful of the many options here in this post.
ONE MORE THING…before you go, be sure to pop over and check out THIS post. It’s an unprecedented event that is happening from now through December 18th!! It’s awesome!!
So, what one do YOU have your eye on? Better yet, have your little ones been browsing the catalog they may have received in the mail? If so, what item have they added to their Christmas list this year?

December 4, 2014 at 8:52 amSo cute! My daughter loves her American Girl dolls. This year she’s asked for Barbie’s Malibu shopping mall…or more like she has begged for it ;).
