“baby kicks” tushie with the premium pocket diaper :: review

I was super excited when I opened my “fluff” mail and found the Baby Kicks Premium Pocket Diaper inside… and I was not disappointed!

Baby Kicks makes all of their diapers from natural and organic materials.  The inside of the Premium Pocket Diaper is made from Bamboo Velour and is incredibly soft, so you do not have to worry about what is up against your baby’s skin. Also, the One Size JoeyBunz Insert is made from 6 layers of hemp/organic cotton jersey, and it is super absorbent. I am definitely a fan of the quality materials used in this diaper!

As far as fit goes, I love that this diaper is made with side snaps! This style of diaper tends to fit my son’s shape really well. I do not have to worry about the front sagging or the wings sticking out.

Perhaps one of my favorite things about this diaper is that it is incredibly trim between the legs! My son is not chunky by any means, so other cloth diapers tend to give him a lot of extra bulk. Because they are so trim though, my husband would not be able to stuff the insert into them (hands are too big! Hehe). This is not something I would consider a negative though because I love the trim look.

The “Air Gussets” around the leg openings make it incredibly soft around the thighs. My son has fairly sensitive skin and gets irritated around this area with a lot of diapers (both cloth and disposable), but he did not have any issues with the Premium Pocket Diaper!

I would highly recommend this diaper! I love the feel, fit and quality. By purchasing this diaper not only are you being environmentally friendly but also your child will have one cute little tushie!! If you are a fan of prints, check out the super cute limited addition prints shown below!
