People and circumstances really can help shape who we are! There are some people who you can spend time with and you just know by being with them you are becoming a better person. These people may be your significant other, your kids, your parents, or maybe even an acquaintance who you find you learn from or are just uplifted by being in conversations with them. These are the people you are drawn to and want to spend your time with.

I’ve been talking a lot lately about people in my life, and while the list for this could be long for people who I love to be around because I know they bring out the best in me, I am focused on my little guy again today.
Becoming a mom was an incredible time in life for me. My husband and I, as I’m sure most people do, talk about how we can hardly imagine life without him. He truly has made me a better person, and my husband says the same for him. He has helped me see things through the eyes of a care free, laughter filled little one who is usually so happy to be surrounded by a crowd of people, but also pretty content to play alone. He has made me realize so many of the things in life that I once thought were so important like keeping up on laundry and having a sparkling clean home at all times really pale in comparison to time well spent reading the same book over and over, taking a walk to nowhere in particular, or just playing and laughing! I could really go on and on about the ways he has helped me put things into perspective and just strive to be a better mom for him, wife to my hubby, daughter, friend, etc.
