Gluten-Free Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day is a wonderful book to help you achieve a gluten free bread that rivals most breads that contain gluten! Now, this is not just another recipe book… this book contains lots of helpful information regarding gluten, storing your recipe for easy baking, and many MANY more helpful tips, tricks and advice.
I recently tried making this Master Recipe… while it turned out beautifully, I definitely need a little more practice, but I am off to a great start thanks to this book! I am eager to try new recipes and satisfy my taste buds.
The Master Recipe
Gluten-Free All Purpose – 6 1/2 cups
Granulated Yeast – 1 TBLS
Kosher Salt – 1 to 1 1/2 TBLS
Sugar (optional) – 2 TBLS
Lukewarm Water – 3 3/4 cupsSounds easy enough doesn’t it?! You’ll have to read the book to find the baking instructions and how to make the Gluten-Free All Purpose mixture… I couldn’t just GIVE it away! 🙂
So if you are gluten-free or considering limiting your gluten intake OR you want to learn more, pick up a copy of Gluten-Free Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day at these fine retailers: Amazon and Barnes & Noble.

February 1, 2015 at 12:19 pmI love when a recipe has mostly all the ingredients already in my pantry. I’m not gluten free or allergic but I would love to try experimenting with gluten free recipes. Thanks for the recipe.
