balboa baby :: nursing cover {giveaway}

I’m in love with my new cover.  I saw these covers when I had my other two girls, but I never really thought they were necessary.  Afterall, I had a blanket.  Why not just drape that over my body and keep my fingers and toes crossed that it wouldn’t fall down or the baby wouldn’t yank it down.  Right?  If you can’t guess, yes that happened…and more than once. What do you do?  Well, you invest in a great cover!  Just like this one from Balboa Baby!

Here is what I really like about the cover:

  • It’s cute!
  • It has a reinforced neckline so I can peek down at the babe to make sure all is going well.
  • The neck strap adjusts so you can have a perfect fit.
  • It’s not only great for nursing, but I use it when I pump as well!
  • Available in multiple colors to match whatever your style is.
  • My stomach and sides (i.e. love handles) DON’T STICK OUT!  Hallelejah!

The Nursing Cover is contoured to fit around you and your baby – keeping the fabric securely in place so you can nurse at ease. Baby is nestled close to mom while nursing in their private cocoon. This helps babies focus on nursing by eliminating outside stimulation. The structured, reinforced neckline holds the fabric away from mom and baby, permitting eye contact which is essential between mothers and nursing babies. The easily accessible pocket is just the right size to hold your nursing pads and burp cloth.

    I think the adjustable sling looks great! The only sling-type carrier I had with my little boy was very unsuccessful as far as I’m concerned, and this one looks much more convincing. 🙂
