What do you use coconut oil for? I found coconut oil at Crum Creek and wanted to share it with you.
Barlean’s Extra Virgin coconut oil is fantastic and 100% organic. You can use it for so many different things just like coconut oil in general. It is for baking, skincare, to use as a moisturizer, so many things. Coconut oil is so much better for you then the regular oils out there. We don’t buy any other oil except coconut oil and olive oil.
So I will admit, I will make brownies or cake from a box. I haven’t yet gotten into making it from scratch. Plus, this is a 1-2 times a year thing anyways. Instead of the vegetable oil they say to use, I use coconut oil and it turns out perfect. No one would ever know you made that change. Small changes can make a difference.
I just love coconut oil for so many reasons. Barlean’s Extra Virgin coconut oil from Crum Creek is cold pressed fresh for vibrant health and energy. It contains a cold-expeller pressed coconut oil that’s free of chemicals and solvents. I love that Barlean’s is classified as extra virgin, which means minimally processed, unrefined and not deodorized with hard solvents.
