When I had the opportunity to try B & N Laundry, I was excited to try them. Made from goats milk, these soaps are gentle on your family’s skin… But boy do these detergents pack a powerful punch! Our clothes come out clean, smelling of essential oils and do not have any residue. No chemical fragrances, no optical brighteners, just plain old good soap and water to clean your clothes!
I hope you can tell I’m excited about this company… I’m having a hard time putting into words how much I love this stuff!
I’ve been learning more about essential oils lately as I’ve been trying to give my poor stuffed up little guy some relief, so I was not surprised when I read about how the essential oils in the laundry detergents act as natural cleaners. B & N Laundry detergents come in three “scents”: lemon is a great stain fighter, lavender is a natural cleanser and has a calming smell, and the eucalyptus is a natural dust mite killer so this is perfect for washing your sheets.
Now the B & N Laundry detergents are great, but what put me “over the moon” for this company was the goats milk stain stick! Half of the stick is felted with wool to pack a powerful punch. I know what you may be thinking, how on earth does wool help fight stains? I don’t know! What I DO know it that I watch the stains disappear on my clothes as I rub this stick in! Chocolate on my robe? Gone! Raspberry juice on my son’s while shirt? Vanished! I have not even touched my “chemical filled” spot cleaner since the day the B & N stain stick arrived on my door step.
Looking for a way to naturally soften your clothing? The wool dryer balls are a great alternative to traditional dryer sheets! Our clothes came out super soft… though because we are from Michigan and it is winter, we did still have some static cling in our clothes after using these. Static cling vs harmful chemicals? We’ll stick with the dryer balls! 🙂
I really could just go on and on about this company… but I’ll just have to let you see for yourself!! 🙂

December 27, 2014 at 12:02 pmI’ve used a lot of “pre-treat” stain products, but so far the thing that works best for me is Dawn dish washing detergent, esp. if the stain is oil-based! Love to try these products for my new Grandson’s clothes, he seems to be developing an allergy to regular laundry detergent! TY4 the chance….

December 23, 2014 at 1:02 amYes, I’ve treated stains but unfortunately with chemical stain fighters because so far I haven’t found a natural one that is strong enough. So this AHHH-MAZING stain stick is an exciting product to me. Maybe I’ll finally be able to ditch the chemicals! I like that there is no residue in the B & N detergent. I also like the addition of essential oils for a natural aroma to the laundry.
