From Halloween until the New Year it seems like we are constantly going to parties or visiting with friends and I like to keep a stash of gifts on the ready. Candles are one of my go-to hostess gifts and a BIC lighter is a perfect complement. Have you seen the all new
BIC design multi-purpose lighters? They have blue and white floral (like the one seen here), wood grain, zebra print, and cheetah print. Since we’re gearing up for party season I decided to test a few candle tutorials I found on Pinterest. These were a few of my favorite. I especially love the art transfer one(3). SO many possibilites! The kids and I will be making more of these!
1. Glitter Striped Candle – This was easy but it took me a few tries to get my lines straight.
2. Glitter Candle – This took 5 minutes max but it is quite messy!
3. Art Transfer Candle – This is super simple! The kids and I will be making more of these.
4. Ombre Candle – Longer candles work better than the short ones I used.
5. Chevron Painted Candle – I painted directly onto the candle instead of on the candle holder.
