We are huge fans of Build-A-Bear over here at our home! I’m not sure if it is because my little girl is totally in love with stuffed animals, if it is her age or if it is a combination of the both! Either way, we have too many!
Thankfully, we have Build-A-Bear within 15 minutes of our home. I think that is awesome because we can turn a trip to Build-A-Bear into a family night! It sure is an event when you walk into a Build-A-Bear store (click HERE to find a store near you). We walk in and the first thing we see is a wall full of stuffed animals on the right and on the left we have another wall full of stuffed animals…see for yourself…
They make a huge production out of “building” your stuffed animal choice. From picking out the animal of your choice to picking out the heart for the bears chest and making a wish on it, to washing the animal up in the “tub”, it is an event that my daughter just loves!
The point we are at now – since she has a few animals to choose from – we still have fun at Build-A-Bear because they have a huge assortment of accessories and clothing items to choose from for the animals that we already have at home. It is much nicer on our pocket book too to only be picking out an outfit versus the whole shabang! Honestly though, you can get animals as low as $10 and on up. It is fun for the whole family!! If you haven’t gone to Build-A-Bear yet, stop in and check one out…you may soon become as addicted as we are!! 🙂
