Hello ladies! My best friend, Anne, is guest reviewing the Suppori Baby Sling today! Here’s what she has to say:
My little one is 8 months old and from the beginning has been a needy, “hold me! hold me!” type of girl. As she is my second child, I am always looking for a comfortable and hand(s)-free way to hold her. The Suppori Baby Sling is great for just that. It stretches to hold baby snug, under her tush and up her back, keeping her secure. It also stretches over the wearer’s shoulder to disperse the weight making it wearable. The thin, stretchy material doesn’t bunch or feel bulky when wearing it, making it comfortable for baby and mom or dad. I did a long IKEA trip with her in this sling, and with one shoulder/hip switch it was very successful. She was able to rest her head comfortably on me and watch everything around her. Had she let herself (wishful thinking, right), it would have been a nice place for a nap, too!
The Suppori Sling stores neatly and small and is easily tucked into the diaper bag. As it quickly became my go-to sling, it is never in the diaper bag when I need it though! I receive comments and compliments on the Suppori Sling whenever I wear it, and I love the color. It was actually a little difficult to choose a color since there are so many lovely options!
The edge of the sling that rests against the child’s leg feels a bit tight when it is stretched. My hands keep feeling it to make sure it is not rubbing her leg wrong, but she doesn’t seem to have any complaints. And neither do I.
