We recently moved from a 900 SF home with barely a kitchen to a wonderful new home that has a much larger kitchen. I can’t begin to explain to you how excited I am about this. Not only am I excited about the additional space our new home has to offer, but we are about as excited that more than just our family can fit in to our new home! And with that, we love to entertain so now we have the space!
In our previous kitchen, we had about a 24″x 24″ counter top (no joke!). Let’s just say, there wasn’t a whole lot of meal prep going on. It was just so difficult. Especially with 3 little ones running around.
When I heard about the Ambassador opportunity available through Mom Central from Chicago Cutlery and Chicago Cutlery DesignPro Knives, let’s just say my heart skipped a tiny beat. Since our “entertaining” lifestyle wasn’t really happening due to space, the kitchen utensils and products we had were from our Wedding – which was 11 years ago. I wouldn’t consider myself an experienced cook/chef by any stretch of the imagination. But just because I don’t have a clue in the kitchen (most times) doesn’t mean us beginners still can’t have cool toys….err, I mean tools. 🙂 
I am just pumped to learn about Chicago Cutlery. We received a knife set as a wedding gift and have been thrilled with it over the years. We still use the steak knives we received all those years ago. Now, I have been using their DesignPro Knives with the applicable meal prep that requires these and yet again, I’m totally pleased. Don’t tell him I told you, but my husband LOVES these knives too 🙂 I always see him reaching for these when we need a good meal prep knife – specifically when we are grilling, his domain. I’m excited how we will grow in this area with our new phenomenal professional quality knives.
