As difficult as it is to send healthy food to school for my child, I am determined to do it.  He won’t eat very many things at school so sending the perfect lunch for him is time consuming.

I found a 3 compartment collapsible lunch box from Smart Planet Home and it seems to be perfect for his lunch.  I usually put fruit in one compartment, graham crackers or some sort of crackers in another and applesauce or mixed puree in the other.  It comes with a spork that attaches to the lid.  I love that you can make it smaller for when you need to put it in the cupboard.  It gets quite large when you collapse it so it is perfect size for all your food.
