I was scrolling through Instagram the other day and saw this Holi Coloring Contest that Deep Indian Kitchen was sponsoring. Holi celebrates the arrival of Spring and new beginnings. You will find tens of thousands of Americans and their Deep Indian Kitchen family at festivals with colorful powder spreading happiness and cheer! Since everyone is celebrating at home this year they are giving everyone that participates a chance to try their delicious food with their participants #ColorMyTable! While we enjoyed our Deep Indian Kitchen we colored our placemats! You can enter to win $500 by coloring their custom Mandala design and sharing on social!
Holi is a popular ancient Hindu festival, also known as the “Festival of Love”, the “Festival of Colours”, and the “Festival of Spring”. The festival celebrates the eternal and divine love of Radha and Krishna.
In order to participate you must direct message them that you want to participate and they will mail you a kit with however many placemats you need for your table. Then your family can enjoy the coupons they send you to enjoy while you color your placemats. Your entire family can enjoy coloring their Mandalas, but you must be 18 or older to participate in their contest. This is a great way to get your family involved in decorating their table. The Mandala’s are beautiful and each one is unique in it’s own way. All three of my children have been hard at work on their Mandala’s. The contest gave us an opportunity to try Deep Indian Kitchen’s food and to learn about Holi.
I plan to laminate the Mandala’s once my children are through coloring them. Then everyone at our table will have a colorful Mandala to enjoy at dinner time.
Would you participate in this contest?
