My 2 year old is an active little one.  I love everything she does and all her attempts to follow along and copy what her big sisters are doing.  I would say she is my most active child thus far!  But heck, who can blame her with two older sisters who are always on the move too. Lately, all my girls have really been in to playing games in the house together.  I say “in the house” because it is SO blasted cold outside. Oh how they long for running around and playing outside! For now, they have had to become quite creative.  My 2 year old is doing her best to keep up, but sometimes they have to make the games “baby friendly”, as they call it.  She is still considered the baby as our real baby is only 4 weeks old right now.

Duck, Duck, Goose…Ring Around the Rosies…Hide and Seek…Twister…For Building (her favorite)…Red Light, Green Light are all common games played right now.  I just love the unity, communication, togetherness AND laughter that my girls are showing and teaching my 2 year old.  It’s been a crazy winter here, but it has been a bonding experience as well.  I have seen them come closer in these cold months for sure.
