If dinosaurs could be cute, then I would say they are, based upon Jim Hensen’s Dinosaur Train. This show has some of the most lovable little dinosaurs ever!
These little dinosaurs don’t have any sass, they are cute, they are innocent and they show lessons that can be learned via the show. My girls love them, and I don’t mind them either.
Now sing with me…. “Dinosaur Train, Dinosaur Train. Once upon a time, there was a Mom. Her name was Mrs. Pteranodon…” Ok, enough. Back to the show synopsis:
Buddy and the Pteranodon kids hop on the Dinosaur Train to meet some of the biggest dinosaurs around! They meet Allie Alamosaurus an enormous long-necked plant-eating sauropod; Denise Diplodocus whose neck and tail the kids mistake for a snake and a bridge; and Apollo Apatosaurus a huge long-necked long-tailed dinosaur looking for adventure. Finally they visit their old friend Arnie Argentinosaurus who has gotten too big to ride the Dinosaur Train-until Tiny and Buddy arrange for him to ride on the new flatbed car!
There are a couple good hours of shows here on this DVD. All of which are enjoyable. So sit back, relax with the littles and enjoy some Dinosaur Train!
