Dr. Seuss is a classic. I remember reading Dr. Seuss when I was a kid. And now, all the options they have for Dr. Seuss blows me away!
Take today’s review for example, Dr Seuss’s Holiday on the Loose! A fun collaboration of a few of the favorites! We had never seen the “Halloween is Grinch Night”. So taking this opportunity to watch it a first time was fun with Lili. Adalynn doesn’t think a whole lot of the Grinch, so she didn’t watch any of this DVD with us. And that’s just fine. After all, he is a little scary, don’t ya think? Lili is 5 and is finally warming up to him.
Now available on Blu-ray™, Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas! tells the story of how the Grinch, a bitter, cave-dwelling creature, attempts to sabotage Christmas for all the merry and warm-hearted denizens of Whoville.
As all the Whos in Whoville prepare to celebrate Christmas, the Grinch schemes to halt all noisy holiday celebrations by stealing Christmas trees and presents, presuming this will sadden all the Whos in Whoville. However, when Christmas morning finally arrives, all the Whos in Whoville are glad and sing in spite of not having a tree, presents or holiday feast. This leads the Grinch to think of something he hadn’t before, that perhaps “Christmas doesn’t come from a store — maybe Christmas… perhaps… means a little bit more!”
Dr Seuss’s Holiday on the Loose! Featured Specials Include:

Watch and see if the Cat in the Hat can go from peaceful picnic in the shade to helping the frightfully mean Grinch turn a new leaf.
