Anyone else out there suffer from motion sickness? (Heads up, this product is for you morning sickness people too!) While I have never actually gotten ‘sick’ from motion sickness, the overall headache, dizziness, nausea, and plain ol’ discomfort is more than enough to lay me out.
I still remember the first and only time I took an over-the-counter anti-motion sickness drug. A single half dose left me unconscious for almost 15 hours and I quickly decided that I would NEVER repeat that experience. Thankfully I discovered the seemingly magical anti-nausea preventative that is acupressure bands and I’ve been motion-sickness free ever since (well, as long as I remember to wear them).
Now, not all acupressure bands are created equal and by far the best ones I’ve found are Psi Bands. Besides for actually coming in attractive designs, Psi Bands are waterproof, adjustable, and actually comfortable!
If you’re wondering how Psi Bands work it’s pretty simple. There’s a pressure point in your wrist where the Psi Bands are worn. Each pair (yes, you wear one on each wrist) come with instructions for properly positioning the bands on said pressure point.
Here’s a little video that shows the ‘adjustable’ features for Psi Bands (a big deal if you want a comfortable fit) ::
So, whether you’re a fellow motion sickness sufferer, or want to get some pregnancy induced morning sickness under control, I suggest checking out Psi Bands and giving wrist acupressure a try for some drug-free relief. If you get some Cherry Blossom Psi Bands like me we can even match in our nausea-free style! 😉
