With the holidays over, you may be sighing in relief. After frantically trying to come up with a creative way to display your Elf on the Shelf for days on end, you might find yourself a bit mentally exhausted. How much time did you spend on the internet trying to come up with a unique way to position that crazy Elf? At least it’s over now… until next year that is!
Say “hello” to your new best friend: The Dwarf in the Drawer! “Unlike some people who only come around during the holiday season to spy and report back to Santa, the Dwarf is around all year long. And he knows life is more complicated than who’s been naughty or nice.”
This mischievous parody is a fun alternative to the magical Elf on the Shelf. It is a reminder to children that they are not to be good for only a few days out of the year because the Elf is watching, but rather the whole year through! Nestle the Dwarf into their underwear drawer as a daily reminder or let him enjoy family time with you.
“As you melt in your armchair and read through these pages,
Here is a message for kids of all ages:
Don’t believe in empty things like shelve or their elves.
You simply just have to believe in yourselves.”
The Dwarf may be a little bit down on the Elf (perhaps there’s a little jealousy because he gets to work with Santa? Who knows!), but his message is clear. Christmas is about the love of families and the joy of the holiday season. He urges you to start a “new Christmas tradition – one that celebrates the best of us, and the true spirit of the season.”
So whether you play with Dwarfs or Elves, just remember to keep the holiday season and the entire year focused on family! Let’s make 2014 the best year yet!

January 27, 2014 at 10:53 amThis looks like the dumbest thing I’ve seen yet! Lol. I like the elf on the shelf. But who is going to believe the dwarf in the drawer? He is a plush toy, and he looks like it too.
