Ingredients
  • 3 cups blanched almond flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ⅔ cup raisins
  • 3 tsp caraway seeds
  • 2 eggs, beaten (if you are egg free use and egg replacer)
  • ¼ cup whole milk or coconut milk
  • 2 TB honey
Instructions
  1. Mix the almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, raisins and caraway seeds in a bowl with a fork.
  2. In a separate bowl beat the eggs, milk, and honey.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the dry ingredients and combine.
  4. Spoon onto a silpat or parchment paper lined baking sheet, into biscuit shapes. Mixture will be gooey.
  5. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes and allow them to cool a few minutes before . Check them around the 13 minute mark in case our ovens run differently.
