Ingredients
1 package yeast or 2¼ tsp yeast
3 cups flour
¾ tsp Splenda Sugar Blend instead of 1½ tsp of sugar
1 tsp salt
⅛ tsp baking soda
1 cup milk
¼ cup water
cornmeal
Instructions
Combine 1½ cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and soda.
Heat liquids to 130 degrees (or microwave about 1 to 1½ minutes)
Add liquids to dry mixture and beat.
Stir in rest of flour to make a stiff batter.
Grease a bread pan (8½ x 4½) and dust with corn meal.
Cover and let rise 45 minutes.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
Remove from pan immediately and cool.
