I have been eating like an absolute moron for weeks now. I fall down a deep dark hole of sugar and carbs every year about this time. Now I need to start crawling my way out of that happy but unhealthy place. While you can’t outrun a bad diet, I’m all about adding some extra cardio to offset some of my bad eating decisions. When I say extra cardio, I don’t mean the Fitbit steps I accrue while walking around my kitchen making baked goods. I mean the kind of cardio that gets your blood that is thick as maple syrup from all the sugar moving through your body.
I introduce to you today, the Cardio Dance Hoop!
Check out how fun the cardio dance hoop can be. I’m still at the beginner level so I won’t wow you with my talents just yet. This lady is working it!
When you are not using your cardio hoop, simply slide behind the couch. It also comes apart easily and breaks down into 8 little pieces that can be stored in the box that it comes in. My children like to use the cardio hoop as blanket fort support too. Who knew having a cardio hoop could be so useful?
Next time you find yourself in Target, check the fitness aisle for the Empower line of fitness gear. Empower Fitness has items at target.com as well!
It is officially time for me to walk away from the Christmas goodies and give my new workout pants I got for Christmas a bit of cardio action. Currently I’m wearing yoga pants because my pants with button closures and zippers feel pretty much horrific right now. Who is with me? Wanna give Cardio Dance Hoop a try in the new year?
