First off, Westgate Vacation Villas is amazing and is a little town in itself. Westgate’s brand of family-friendly hotels in Kissimmee Florida have been creating great vacation experiences for young and old alike for nearly 40 years. They have so much to offer that you can’t even get through it all in a week. Now, we did end up going down during a not so great time because a hurricane was coming. We were able to get in and get out just in time. Westgate was on the watch and had everyone’s safety in mind. They were very flexible and were able to get us in a day early so we could leave earlier from that area because of the storm.
Westgate Vacation Villas Resort & Spa was full of fun and enjoyment for all ages. Whether you just wanted to sit and relax by the pool or take your kids on an excursion to Disney or Sea World, you could do it while staying at Westgate. I wanted to share with you five amazing features that we loved about this resort.
the perfect personality
To be great, a resort needs a team—both management and front-line staffers—with emotional intelligence. This means intuitive people sense, empathy, and genuine interest. Westgate has this. They were over the top with kindness and always willing to help when we needed it.
Nowadays, a front desk check-in and -out experience is constantly evolving—from pod check-ins to a personalized iPad check-in. While these advances are exciting, hotels need to stay focused on certain elements of a check-in/check-out process that really effect a guests stay. Clear direction: We should know what to do or where to go when we enter the hotel or visit the lobby, it was always clear on what I needed to do. Loved that. Convenience: It was great to always have immediate access to a source that handles check-in/check-out and any billing issues promptly. And Westgate was always ready for whatever I had for them. They were always consistent too. No matter what the process of interaction, the hotel offers the exact same experience every single time so that we could develop a sense of comfort and confidence in them. It was great!
My final point, service, does not warrant a number because it is the most basic requirement of any hospitality establishment and Westgate exceed that!

Today, one way for a hotel to appear distinctive is in its choice of room amenities and in-room features. These accents should be useful, tasteful, distinctive, and local whenever possible. Nothing second-rate or corner cutting is acceptable. There was a lovely gift basket waiting for us when we arrived. It made us feel special. It certainly brightened our day after traveling.

Travelers find a clean hotel and a clean hotel room the most important thing by far. And could you disagree? Mold in the shower, urine stains on the toilet seat or a dead cockroach under the bed… I have seen it all and it definitely ruined my stay at those hotels! Nothing feels better than coming home to a beautiful, comfortable hotel room after a day out exploring like we did at Westgate Resorts. Just take a look at this amazing hotel room. Now, how many resorts do you know that has a water park right on site? This makes it so much easier for days when you want to stay close. The fun water park has slides for the kids to enjoy and water features for the little ones. If you don’t want to go to the water park, you can always visit one of the 13 pools located at the resort. This right here is hours and hours of fun without having to leave the resort.

The villa rooms are known for having terraces with views that are perfect for enjoyment. You sit on the wonderful terrace, look at the calm and airy surroundings, take in the scent of the air and the pines, and don’t have to do anything, because you are on vacation and your only goal is to rest and relax. You can sit like that for a short while or for hours. You only have to sit back and enjoy your well-deserved vacation and the magnificent views at one of the villas at Westgate.
There is so much more to Westgate Resorts that I can’t even begin to tell you. You need to see for your self and check them out. While we had a great stay at Westgate, we will definitely go again. The prices are amazing for the rooms and everything they have to offer. Our experience was exceptional and exceed our expectations.
