What are your must have features when looking for a new vehicle? What makes you say no or yes to a vehicle? I have been finding that as the years go by we get pickier and picker when it comes to what we want in a vehicle. Trying out all these different cars helps us figure out what exactly we want for our next vehicle. Of course, there would obviously have to be some compromise when it comes to things because well you can’t always have everything you want, right?
Traveling around in the Mazda CX-9 for a week made me realize we could actually like this type of vehicle. Yet, it being smaller then the car we currently have, I felt it was pretty roomy. I absolutely loved the color. Definitely, getting this color for our next vehicle. It is really sharp looking.
Five favorite features of the 2016 Mazda CX-3 ::
- Three-zone automatic climate control with pollen filter. This option is so nice when there are 3 row seating. Not everyone is on the same level when it comes to being hot and cold. So being able to change this at each row is really nice.
- Power windows with one-touch down/up feature. This is just a luxury and it is nice to just quick push the button to get the window down.
- Power door locks with speed-sensing auto locking. Having the doors auto lock, if I have forgotten, is pretty much amazing. I feel better because I know we are all safe and no one will fall out. Yes, I am sure it has happened.
- 12-volt power outlets (1 front/1 cargo area). This is really helpful for road trips. We take several road trips every year and these are helpful to charge electronic devices. Our road trips are quite long, 18 hours+. So being able to have that makes it much easier.
- Push Button Start – So much easier to just quick turn on the car and be able to focus on other things that need to be done when starting off in the car.
Special thanks to @DriveShop for letting me experience the class of the Mazda CX-9.
Disclosure: I was provided the opportunity to test drive the 2017 Mazda CX-9 through DriveShop for one week, however all opinions are my own.
