Once or twice a week my girls and I leave our house early (well, early for us) to get to various standing appointments/moms groups. On these days their breakfast of choice is always a bagel. Each morning that I packed their bagels into individual plastic bags I felt rather guilty about all the plastic bags we were wasting!
After some searching I came across Kids Konserve and their Food Kozy Wraps. Oh. Em. GEE! I am loving our Clear Large Food Kozy Wrap. Sandwiches, vegetable sticks, apple slices, bagels… they all wrap up so nicely in the Food Kozy Wrap and I don’t have to feel guilty about adding more plastic baggie trash to the landfill!
Kids Konserve Food Kozy Wraps are BPA, phthalate, lead, and PVC-free. These 15.5 inch rounds easily fold up to secure your favorite snacks or foods and stay closed with a handy velcro strip.
I’ve used other reusable wraps/bags before and my biggest complaint was that they were hard to clean and needed ‘dry time.’ Unlike cloth reusable bags and/or wraps, the Food Kozy Wrap is easy to clean with soap and water and can be immediately dried just using a towel! Wash, dry, and immediately pack tomorrow’s snacks or lunch in your Food Kozy Wrap!
The Food Kozy Wraps are available in a great selection of colors and come in a two-pack for the most reasonable of prices. Kids Konserve even has free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50! (See site for details.)

February 18, 2014 at 6:20 pmAnother item I would love to have is the mini containers. These would be great for condiments! Esp for sauces, efc… We are trying to go more green and these wraps would be really nice to have. My step daughter is terrible about wasting a huge ziploc bag to put a slice of pizza or sandwich in….she thinks the regular sandwich bags are too small so always grabs a gallon bag…..I’m trying to cut out these bags completely as it’s so wasteful esp the way a teenager uses them….these would be so nice to have for her to wrap stuff for her lunch! Thanks for thr Chance to win
