If there is one thing Americans are good at, it’s throwing a party – and doing it super creatively!
And with strawberries, raspberries, cherries, and watermelon being red, blueberries for blue, and bananas, pineapple, cheese, or cream cheese for white – it is super easy to keep the Fourth clean eating too!
Take a look at some of these fun Fourth of July food inspirations I found for you!

I could probably pop about 20 of these! Use real whipped cream or real cream cheese – you could honey sweeten the cream cheese if you want! Cherries might work for the red too!
I wish there was a website source to give credit to on this one that I found (I see a Party City logo at the bottom though!) – but isn’t it beautiful? And so easy!
Here is another simple fruit platter. Stick with raw cheese for that white star if you can find it! I bet banana or pineapple would work too!
This gorgeous parfait idea would be fantastic – you could use this fresh strawberry gelatin if you want to skip out on the red dyes. Cherries would work for the red too! You could even do a blue stripe of gelatin with the same gelatin recipe as the strawberry one except use blueberries. And I think I would just make whipped cream, or honey sweetened cream cheese for the white part!
On to drinks! Love this simple drink stirrer! You could make fresh lemonade (or strawberry lemonade to make it red!). Or lemonade kvass! Looks like coconut is the star on top – LOVE – or you could do cheese, or even pineapple.
And really what is the 4th without HOT DOGS?! Certainly wrapping bacon around it only makes it better…right?! I like to stick to grassfed hotdogs from our local farmer or Applegate hot dogs – your local health food store should have some quality grassfed hotdogs in the freezer section! And stick to the pastured variety of bacon from your local farmer too!
Have a happy, safe, and blessed Fourth of July!
