get over the counter medicine help from little remedies :: review

little remedies logoHere is Michigan, we are in the thick of cold season.  Daily we read on Facebook about friends and family coming down with something.  Thankfully we weren’t hit too hard this year with colds, comparatively speaking I guess.Little Remedies Honey Elixir

Have you ever stood in the middle of the grocery store, medicine aisle just looking around…wondering what is the best option, which product has the least amount of junk in it, and on and on?  I do that every time I visit that aisle.  Over the counter medicines are convenient but can be confusing!  And typically, I am there with the baby in my arms, the three year old touching everything that the other sick kids have touched and a purse slung somewhere.  It’s a sight for sore eyes, that’s for sure.

Before I head to the local grocery store for a solution, I typically try one of my faithful at-home remedies to kick the sickness.  When that doesn’t work, or when I’m looking for a little “more” help, I hit the store.  I am no doctor, so when looking for over the counter medicine, I look for an item that will do what I need it to do…and that’s it.  I don’t want any fillers, I don’t want extra ingredients, I want it to do what it says and I’ll be happy.  A motto of Little Remedies is, “Less is More”, so that right there got me!  They use as few ingredients as possible and keep them free of alcohol, artificial dyes and artificial colors.  Great news!

Little Remedies infant acetaminophenI came upon Little Remedies and sharing it with you all was a no brainer.  Little Remedies has become a well known name when I visit that aisle.  Here are a couple items I want to highlight for you so you can get to know Little Remedies ::

Little Remedies® For Fevers™ Infant Fever/Pain Reliever temporarily reduces fever and minor aches and pains due to common cold, flu, headache, sore throat and toothache.

Little Remedies® For Colds™ Honey Elixir temporarily soothes coughs and sore throats due to the common cold or flu.

In closing, good hygiene can avoid so many of these colds too.  When you are at the store next time to pick up some Little Remedies items, I suggest you pick up some good hand sanitizer (yah, I know not the BEST solution, but better than nothing), some good hand soap and start researching some GREAT vitamins.  My family and I are avid vitamin takers…and I contribute our health mostly to those!
