We all know the benefits of drinking water, but sometimes plain water is just plain boring. Thanks to the Flavor It Pitcher from Primula my family has been enjoying flavored water, as well as some other fun beverages.
The Flavor It Pitcher is pretty darn cool. It is a 3-in-1 beverage system that allows you to flavor, brew, or chill. Here’s a little info about each ::
- Flavor Infuser – can be filled with fresh fruit, herbs, or spices to lend intriguing flavor notes to water, tea, punch, and more. Creating a multitude of beverage options from cucumber lime drinks to blueberry iced tea, to sangria and more.
- Stainless Steel Tea Infuser – designed to brew loose tea or ground coffee, either hot or cold. The infuser’s filter sits low in the pitcher, accommodating small quantities as well as a full pitcher.
- Chill Core – filled with non-toxic gel, it is better than ice because it keeps the beverage cool without diluting the flavor.
So far we’ve used our Flavor It Pitcher to make mint, orange, and lemon flavored water as well as cinnamon flavored iced coffee. Each of the fruits/herbs I used for flavoring the water did so well I only had to fill the infuser once but was able to refill the water for 2-3 pitchers of infusing. With the iced coffee I was SUPER excited to have the cinnamon flavor without the floating spice chunks! Here’s some other ideas that are on my list to try with my Flavor It System…
- Iced Tea with Mint Flavor :: use the Tea Infuser to make the tea and then the Flavor Infuser to add the mint
- Honey Vanilla Coffee :: vanilla extract mixed with honey added to the water while brewing coffee using the Tea Infuser (hot or cold!)
- Cucumber/Melon Water :: cucumber and melon slices in the Flavor Infuser before girls night!
The pitcher is made of BPA-free plastic that is scratch & stain resistant, shatter proof, and dishwasher safe. With a 2.9 quart capacity it fits nicely into a standard refrigerator door and the no-spill locking lid has already saved me from dousing myself in liquid more than once .

April 14, 2013 at 6:28 amWater purification systems are used to collect and remove the damaging
contaminants from the water. According to the doctors
at the Mayo Clinic, your water needs depend on various
factors including your health, amount of daily activity,
the climate you live in and whether you. Most women will lose five to six pounds
in the first two weeks — depending on how much they need to lose — but because some of the weight is usually
water weight, you may want to continue for another two weeks to
ensure the weight remains off.
