Since I am a mother of two girls I really feel drawn to encourage S.T.E.M. activities in my daily lessons because of the statistics for women and S.T.E.M. related jobs. Although women constitute almost 50% of the labor market only 28% of them work in STEM fields as opposed to 72% of men.
